AI Confidence & Digital Skills Audits

Two optional, private self-reflection audits — twenty statements each. Find where you feel confident and where a little support would help, then pick one small next step.

Private by design

These are reflective tools, not tests, qualifications or performance measures. Your answers are calculated in your browser and never collected, stored or sent anywhere. They must never be used to rank or appraise staff. If you want a paper version, the downloads below include A4 forms.

Choose your audit

Rate each statement from 1 (Not yet) to 4 (Very confident), or N/A if it doesn’t apply to your role. N/A and unanswered statements are excluded from the averages. If you answer nothing, no score is shown — this isn’t a test to pass.

At the end you’ll see your section averages, your two strongest and two priority sections, and one suggested small step — plus links matched to your priorities. Scores are round numbers describing where you feel you’re starting from, nothing more.

Using this with your team

If a team wants to reflect together, use the anonymous team summary template below: individuals keep their own answers, and only anonymous, aggregated section averages are shared — by choice. Never use these results to rank staff or appraise individuals.
